Call for abstracts: Lessons learnt from complex obstetric cardiac cases.
All abstracts welcome from all members of the MDT: midwives, resident doctors, cardiologists, obstetricians, physicians, anesthetists, nurses, medical students and pharmacists (250 words max including the names, titles and email addresses of all contributors).
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to present their case at the UKMCS Webinar - Lessons learnt from complex obstetric cardiac cases on the 16th September 2025, 18.30 - 20.00.
Please submit your abstracts to ukmcs@bcs.com. Deadline for abstract submissions: Friday, 4th August, 5pm

COUNCIL POSITION AVAILABLE
A position on council is now available and we are looking for expressions of interest from any specialties including midwives, trainees etc... Your main role on council would be to help with the newsletters.
If you are interested please email your expression of interest, no more than 500 words as to why you want to join the UKMCS Council, to ukmcs@bcs.com. You can contact me if you wish to discuss the role further. There will be an election if there is more than one candidate.
